All products sold on Trevionis.ro are digital downloads. Once a purchase is completed and the product has been delivered (via email or account download), it is considered final and non-refundable.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds or cancellations after the product has been purchased and accessed. This ensures the protection of our intellectual property and prevents unauthorized distribution.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted in the following limited cases:

  • The file is corrupted or cannot be accessed.
  • You purchased the same product more than once by mistake.
